There is no software unlock for the iPhone 4/4S. Only for the iPhone 4 on baseband 1.59 which almost noone has by now. Beware of websites which claim they can software unlock any iPhone, any baseband and any firmware. That is simply not possible, they are just scamming people and never refund money.
